The School of Engineering is pleased to announce that Dr. Jannik Eikenaar, Technical Communications Instructor in the School of Engineering, successfully defended his dissertation on September 10th, 2015, earning him his PhD.
Eikenaar has been working on his PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies (English and Cultural Studies) for 6 years on UBC’s Okanagan campus. His dissertation is titled “The (Im)Proper Name of Salmon Rushdie Hybridity, Migrancy, and the Rushdie Persona.”
