Graduate Studies in Civil Engineering
We are interested in recruiting graduate students as well as postdoctoral fellows. Potential graduate students can include students with previous degrees in civil, chemical, environmental, geological, mining, and mechanical engineering. Non-engineers with degrees in biology, chemistry, environmental sciences, math, or a related degree may also apply. Non-engineers may have to take additional undergraduate civil engineering courses if accepted.
Direct funding for postdoctoral fellows is limited but the faculty members are willing to help postdoctoral fellows prepare proposals to secure funding.
Students are only admitted on the recommendation of a professor willing to supervise the research project.
